It’s the entity responsible for regulating and supervising the capital market, effective from 2/6/1424 AH, corresponding to 31/7/2003 AD, under the Capital Market Law issued by Royal Decree No. (M/30) dated 4/6/1424 AH, corresponding to 31/7/2003 AD. Under this Law, the Authority oversees the regulation and supervision of the capital market by issuing regulations and rules aimed at protecting investors and ensuring fairness and efficiency in the market.
